Here is a delicious chicken and noodles recipe:


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.  Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
  2. Add the garlic, onion, celery, and carrots to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken broth, thyme, and rosemary to the pot and bring to a simmer. Add the chicken back to the pot and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add the egg noodles to the pot and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until they are tender.
  5. Let the chicken and noodles simmer together for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
